Trans-Hindon refers to the part of Ghaziabad east of Delhi and west of the Hindon river, including Vasundhara, Indirapuram, Vaishali, Kaushambi and Sahibabad. It is closest to Delhi and Noida.
Metro, NH-9 and the Anand Vihar hub make it the most commuter-friendly part of Ghaziabad.
Land is scarce, so new projects are fewer and often positioned higher. Trump Vasundhara is expected to sit at the top of this market.
